Save the Dates for Employee Learning Week

Employee Learning Week will be held December 4 - 8, 2017

Employee Learning Week is an awareness campaign highlighting the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results.

Training is more important now than ever before. The growing skills gap and increased need to compete in today's economy require organizations to develop a knowledgeable and highly skilled workforce.

The Metro DC ATD Chapter's ATD Employee Learning Week events feature engaging workshops, learning sessions, and networking opportunities to shape your learning and development and showcase learning in the talent development community.

Associate Professional in Talent Development applications begin June 1

The ATD Certification Institute (ATD CI) is creating a new certification for talent development professionals who are in the early part of their careers or whose professional roles and aspirations are focused on a few areas of expertise. It may be a destination for some or a stepping stone to the CPLP for others.
