Where do employers go when looking for employees or independent contractors in the training and development field? What might make your résumé stand out to prospective employers? How do you stack up as an internal candidate against outsiders when applying for a promotion? And how do you survive the dreaded panel interview?
You’ll get first-hand insight into these questions and more in our special July event co-hosted by Career Services. Pamela Marshall, Director of Career Services for the Metro DC ASTD chapter will lead a panel discussion with senior learning leaders who have screened, hired…and turned down…training and development candidates for full-time work, contract positions, and promotions. You’ll walk away with specific things you can do to be seen and stand out plus tips from a career management strategist.
