In the talent development profession, we have long understood that talent management starts with selecting the right people for the culture and then developing them to meet the current and future needs of the organization. The problem is how to build an integrated approach that makes sense for the business or organization. In “Building an Integrated Talent Management Approach”, we will explore the key strategies to build a customized approach for your organization. In addition, we will focus on how to attract, develop and retain people in a competitive environment. Through discussion, we will learn what the Chapter membership is doing to align with their organization’s strategy, develop their leadership and prepare their people for the next set of challenges.
