Feeling the pressure of being asked to deliver more with less?

Organizations and functions, including HR, operate in a dynamic environment marked by increases in both service delivery requirements and resource constraints. Performing effectively in such challenging settings requires workers to have the right knowledge, skills, and abilities. Yet budget reductions are resulting in significant cuts to training programs aimed at establishing and maintaining a skilled workforce.

Organizations must respond by identifying key competency gaps among workers in mission critical occupations and directing training funds to the areas with highest impact to their customers and mission. They then must demonstrate the value gained from their training investments to justify current and future funding, comply with internal/external reporting requirements, and address public scrutiny for greater efficiency and accountability.
