This month, Laura Mendelow and Clara Martinez will be facilitating a discussion on the book, The Tools: Transform Your Problems into Courage, Confidence, and Creativity by Phil Stutz & Barry Michels. The authors (both of whom are therapists) struggled with some of their patients who were aware of the psychological nature of their issues but lacked the tools to propel them forward. After years of experimentation, the authors created a universal set of “tools” to help anyone realize their full potential. During this session, we will explore the tools, the theories behind the tools, and applications at work and at home.
