The Premier Association for Talent Development Professionals in the Metro DC Area
No matter how well you design and deliver learning within your organization, you are probably experiencing increased demands to demonstrate how your learning programs impact business results. Unfortunately many learning and development professionals struggle with this because they are simply uninformed in the art and science of evaluation design. Senior executives increasingly are casting a critical eye at their organization’s learning and development investment and asking for evidence that demonstrates the value of that investment. Yet according to a 2009 ROI Institute research study, only 8% of executives are receiving this type of information. Get your seat at the table when you can provide this information to your executives! In this in-depth, highly interactive one-day workshop, you will learn 56 practical tips and specific guidelines for creating valid, scientifically sound Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 evaluations that produce data with high perceived value for business executive/stakeholders and learning and development professionals alike. These tips and guidelines are based on current education and behavioral science research findings in survey design and test creation methodology.
