SUMMARY: The Talent & Organizational Development Specialist is primarily responsible for designing/developing (40%*) and delivering (40%*) learning solutions. The incumbent also assists with organizational development project planning and coordination efforts (15%*). Lastly, the incumbent will participate in self-development and department teambuilding activities (5%). This is a dynamic role for a utility player that requires exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well both autonomously and within a team. The Talent & Organizational Development Specialist will demonstrate values that are consistent with the values and mission of Dominion National.
